Who I Am
My name is John K. Nieruchalski and I have lived in Orange County since 1980.
My wife Nancy and I have been married for over 40 years. We raised our family of six children in Southern California. It is the most wonderful place to live. I value each client and adhere to an unwavering pledge to quality, honest, caring and ethical service to those seeking the American dream of home ownership.
